Vanessa and Justin, our repeat clients, wanted to infuse their existing home with a cafe theme. We’re familiar with home bars, but a home cafe was a new concept that we were eager to explore.

For us,  it wasn’t enough for the home to look like a cafe — it needed to function like one too. So we transformed the area into a pantry complete with a coffee maker and wine chiller.

The cement accent wall provided a tasty contrast in the modern home and gave it an industrial touch.

Vanessa felt that the original kitchen area lacked storage space; we added full-height cabinets for her to stow clutter.The glass panel served as a unique separator between the living room and kitchen; it made the kitchen look like two separate spaces from the living room.
