What to expect during the process

This is where your journey with Clever Homes begins.

To kick-off the design process, after we receive your quotation request, we sit down with you (virtually!) to learn your wants & needs for your space. From there, our designers will compile design options for your layout and moodboards.

Step 2 - The in-depth design and customization process

We will arrange a home visit to take measurements and create 3d conceptual renderings of your space. From there we will finalize the fixtures and finishes for your review. You’ll be able to see your new space come to life through our visualizations and refine it together with our designers.

Final step - The Build and Installation (all done by us!)

You will receive a final quote, and once you accept it, fabrication work will kickstart with a 40% deposit. Our team will inspect the custom pieces, deliver them to your home and handle all installation. After installation, the remaining payment will be made.
